The Impact You Will Have
• Champion and adhere to all Company Health & Safety standards, ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues, customers, and site visitors.
• Support the Controller in delivering exceptional operational performance and exceeding customer expectations.
• Process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations at every stage.
• Coordinate work in progress, ensuring planned maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently in the field.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and provide cover or support for colleagues when required.
• Take ownership of issues, applying effective problem‑solving to drive timely resolutions.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Identify and maximise opportunities to generate additional revenue.
• Undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the regional line manager.
What Will Help You Excel in This Role
• Experience working with or managing supply chain interactions.
• Proven experience in customer invoice processing.
• Ideal background in coordinating customer job management or service workflows.
• Confident using Excel and core business systems.
• Ideal Industry knowledge that enables you to deliver a high‑quality customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to quality management and issue resolution.
