United Plant Services is an engineering and asset management business, renowned for providing market leading engineering support and fleet management for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) within the quarry and waste industry. We are part of The Briggs Equipment Group who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have:
Following company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe
Delivering industry leading business performance to exceed regional targets. Ensure purchase order numbers are obtained prior to starting chargeable work
Maintaining effective communication keeping all relevant parties informed and managing expectations at all times
Controling and monitor work in progress by ensuring jobs are completed in the field in a timely manner and invoiced when completed in line with department KPI’s
Managing supplier performance in accordance with agreed SLA’s and escalate issues where appropriate
Actively promoting team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary
Answering calls in line with agreed KPI’s
Effectively problem solve and take ownership of issues to resolution
Supporting with compliance activity when required
Monitoring and manage out of hours activity when required by Tarmac
Supporting the training of new team members
Optimising business opportunities to generate additional revenue
Undertaking any reasonable task requested by a Regional Line Manager
